By accessing and using AlphaCRM ("the Service"), operated by Mainabu Technologies("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
AlphaCRM is a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system designed to help businesses manage their customer relationships, sales processes, and business operations. The Service includes, but is not limited to, contact management, lead tracking, deal management, activity logging, reporting, and workflow automation.
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Mainabu Technologiesreserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service ("Customer Data"). Mainabu Technologiesdoes not claim ownership of your Customer Data.
By using the Service, you grant Mainabu Technologiesa limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Mainabu Technologiesmay use aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified data derived from your use of the Service to improve AlphaCRM and other Mainabu Technologies products and services. This data will not contain any personally identifiable information or confidential business information that could identify you or your customers.
Mainabu Technologiesdoes not sell, rent, or trade your Customer Data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. We do not monetize your data through advertising or other commercial arrangements.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mainabu Technologiesand its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan.
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Mainabu Technologiesreserves the right to modify pricing for the Service at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance.
Mainabu Technologiesstrives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
Technical support is provided according to your subscription plan. Support is available during business hours unless otherwise specified in your plan.
Mainabu Technologiesimplements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We perform regular backups of the Service, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Mainabu TechnologiesSHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUECOLLAR TECHNOLOGIES' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mainabu Technologiesand its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.
Mainabu Technologiesmay terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will retain your data for a period of 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mainabu Technologiesis incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Mainabu Technologiesreserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
